I thought it would never end.
I'm so excited for my summer to begin.
LOL!! I just made a limerick on accident. Well, 7th grade ended and now, I am officially an 8th grader! This school year was a blast--sort of. Aside from the fights with Tiffany, which she always started, this year was one to remember.
The year started off awesome. The Penny-for-Your-Heart King of the previous year asked me out (he happened to have dated my best friend Amanda the year before, but she broke-up with him!) When 7th grade started, Eric and I had class together! I had been jealous of Amanda for dating the King, so when he wanted to date me, I was more than thrilled!
I remember just how it happened: We had history class together, and I wore all of my new school clothes. Then, right before I left for the lake for Labor Day weekend with my parents, Tiffany called me and told me Eric liked me and was going to ask me out!! The whole weekend I day dreamed about Eric and our love.
Sure enough, when I returned Eric called and asked me!! We were officially going out! What a great start. Then, two weeks later he dumped me. I was devastated. He just called me after school, which was normal because we always talked on the phone after school, and he just laid it out, "Rhonda, I'm breaking up with you!"
First, I thought he was joking, but then I had my friend George 3-way call him (I was the 3rd party holding the mute button of course,) and he said that he broke up with me and that he knew I was on the other line! Busted!!
After that, I was determined to get him back! It never happened. Now, I'm over him. He's stupid.
I like Kevin now. Plus, he lives in my subdivision, so I can hang out with him everyday. I hope he asks me out! He has a PS3 and a trampoline! This summer will be awesome.
